Company History

Bluetick, Inc was founded in 2009 in North Carolina. At the time, we were working in the communications industry and realized that wireless communication technology could be used to improve operations in the oil and gas industry. We launched our products to serve a growing demand for technology that efficiently gathers data in the field and quickly transfers it to internal computer systems, allowing owners to modernize their companies.

Our mission has always been to provide quality solutions that deliver measurable value and ROI for oilfield owners. Our flagship applications, the SCADA Monitoring and Control (RMC) system and the Land Management System (LMS), are used by oil field operators and oilfield service providers who have proven their loyalty by using our products for years.

Just like our solutions, we pride ourselves on quality customer service. Whether it’s before or after installation, we don’t hesitate to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty helping our customers. Bluetick Flagship Products

The Bluetick SCADA Monitoring and Control (RMC) system is a digital oilfield solution which relies on cellular and satellite networks and cloud storage, to connect clients directly to their wells, compressors, tanks, environmental monitors, flow meters, and other field assets, from the comfort of an office or home.

The RMC system seamlessly gathers data from sensors, transducers, and field equipment, transports that data to its Network Operations Center, then securely stores and distributes it to operator staff for engineering analysis and immediate follow-up of alarms. Customers can view their field data on a desktop, mobile phone, or both.  RMC eliminates the cost, and risk, associated with onsite server systems, improves workforce management and enhances environmental safeguards. The Bluetick Land Management System (LMS) is a full-featured land management system with integrated GIS mapping. It was designed with input from leading operators, brokers and landmen from across the industry, who now rely on LMS to simplify land administration processes and use the data to improve operations. LMS manages the entire life cycle of permit and lease acquisition projects through land record administration.
